A. Customer has rights to withdraw any amount of investment (Partially or Fully). Investment amount + Interest till date

of withdraw request calculate as rate mention in agreement, But payment credit in customer in bank account details

mention in agreement with in 7 day of withdraw request. Payment credit by NEFT in bank account. No cash and cheque

issue.

B. In case of partially withdraw rest of investment, Interest rate applicable vary as per investment amount.

C. SPINVEST has rights closed the agreement any time, but Investment + interest is credit in customer bank account

within 7 days. SPINVEST inform to customer mobile no by calling and SMS.

D. Interest calculate after 7 day because bank clear cheque and payment transfer in investment account take time.

E. Email and simple agreement is nominal cost RS 25(Twenty five only) is applicable for printout, scan document

charge.

F. Customer has to right to change bank details, but charge is applicable RS 50. Copy of cancel cheque, passbook front

page must require.

G. Customer has no right trading in investment account, if any trading done by client no responsible for any loss of

investment and charge applicable by account opening authority

H. If invest less then Rs 1,00,000 (Rs one Lac).E-STAMPING or Notary cost bear by customer.

I. For small investor less then Rs 5000 no investment account opening but agreement condition is same, because

investment account charge is Rs 500 per year.

J. More Rs 5000 has must required investment account opening with ANGLE or MOTILAL

K. KYC form fill must.

All above term and condition mention in agreement accept and document details copy give to

SPINVEST. SERVICE start for clearing of cheque and document submitted in 7 days.
